- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Products must be returned with original tags and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale or discounted items.
- Customized or stitched products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
3. How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order ID and reason for
return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for sending the parcel back to our return
address (unless otherwise stated).
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued as store credit/voucher or bank transfer (where
applicable).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- You may exchange for a different size, color, or product (subject to
availability).
- Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Processing Time
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 5–10 working days after
