1. Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery across Pakistan: 2–4 business days for major cities.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer.
• Please ensure you are available on the contact number provided with your order so our team can reach you if needed.
• Delivery times are subject to product availability and order confirmation.
• During sales or promotional events, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

2. Payment Options

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order arrives.
• Advance Payment: Online transfer, bank transfer, or card payments.
• Please note that for some payment methods, verification may be requested to prevent fraudulent transactions.

3. Free Shipping

• We offer free delivery on all orders within Pakistan.
• Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number.
• You can track your order using the courier’s website.

• Kingdom Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

5. Order Cancellation

• To cancel a prepaid order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Once the order is “in process” or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
